What You’ll Finally See When You Stop Interpreting Time as Fact

(Quantum Physics + Manifestation Deep Dive — Part 2)

If you’ve ever felt like your manifestation is taking too long, like everyone else is moving faster than you, or like you’re somehow behind in life… this conversation is for YOU.

This post is based on Part 2 of my Quantum Physics + Manifestation series, where we go deeper into one of the most misunderstood (and emotionally charged) topics in manifestation: time.

Not productivity time.
Not calendar time.
But your experience of time…and why it feels heavy, slow, urgent, or painful when it comes to your goals.

Quantum Physics, Manifestation, and the Observer Effect

Quantum physics is the study of subatomic particles, which are the particles that make up atoms. And one of the most important things we know about these particles is that they aren’t fixed or set in stone.

All possibilities exist within them at the same time!

What determines which possibility becomes “real” is the Observer (someone like you or me) and the intention or attention we bring to the observation (whether we’re conscious of it or not).

That intention becomes the blueprint for what “hardens into fact” (as Neville Goddard would say).

And here’s where things get really interesting:

The same principle applies to our experience of time. 👀

Time Is Observer-Dependent (Einstein Proved This!)

Time is not absolute.
It’s observer-dependent.

Albert Einstein’s Theory of Relativity showed us that time passes at different rates depending on speed and gravity.

In the 1970s, scientists flew atomic clocks around the world on commercial airplanes and compared them to clocks left on the ground. The clocks that traveled were out of sync (by nanoseconds) but measurably different.

Translation?
You don’t return from a long flight the exact same age as someone who stayed home!

Astronauts experience this too. Because they move faster and experience weaker gravity, they age slightly slower than people on Earth.

And while these differences are tiny physically, the psychological implication is massive.

There is no universal “now.”
The universe DOES NOT AGREE on what moment it is.

Why This Matters for Manifestation (and Feeling Behind in Life)

Your experience of time is personal.

Your “now” is yours and yours alone.

You can feel this intuitively, like when you’re celebrating New Year’s while someone across the world already has rung in the new year. Same universe. Different “now.”

This softens time.

Physically, motion affects clocks.
Psychologically, momentum affects how time feels.

There is no master clock you’re racing.

Why Time Feels Slow When You’re Stuck

Think about being a kid on a long road trip, stuck in the backseat asking, “Are we there yet?”

The car is moving… but you aren’t.

There’s no perceived momentum, so time seems to drag on…..

This is exactly what happens with manifestation when:

  • You’re thinking about taking action instead of actually moving

  • You’re waiting, hoping, visualizing… but not progressing

  • You’re stuck in planning mode or fear

Even if time is passing, it feels slow.

And that’s where the “I’m behind” narrative is born.

Momentum Changes How Time Feels

Now think about the opposite, which is a flow state.

When you’re immersed, taking action, creating momentum, time flies.

That’s not just a saying.
It’s relativity in action!

More motion = faster perception of time.
Less motion = slower perception of time.

So when someone says, “My manifestation is taking too long,” the real question becomes:

Where is the motion?

Why Manifestation Feels Delayed (But Isn’t)

I see this all the time.

Someone says, “I thought my business would be further along by now.”
Then you ask what they’ve actually done… and there’s been very little motion.

No wonder it feels slow.

Waiting energy stretches time.
Momentum collapses it.

This was true for me during my four years of infertility. Time dragged because my attention was locked on the absence of what I wanted.

When I detached, moved forward with my life, focused on joy and momentum…that’s when time sped up!

And that’s when my manifestation arrived.

The Block Universe: Past, Present, and Future Already Exist

Modern physics introduces the idea of the Block Universe, which is the idea that past, present, and future all already exist.

Time isn’t flowing. We are.

My favorite way to explain this is with a record player.

The record already exists. All the songs are there. The needle moving across the record is your experience of time.

You don’t CREATE the music as it plays…you reveal it.

The future feels uncertain only because we don’t have access to the whole record at once.

Why Reliving the Past Hijacks the Present

This also explains why replaying past trauma, regret, or old conversations feels so consuming.

The needle is in the present… but the song playing is from the past.

This is especially relevant for people with PTSD, anxiety, or rumination patterns. The brain keeps replaying old records, stealing the present moment.

Healing becomes about learning how to move the needle forward again.

Time Doesn’t Pass…WE Pass Through Time

Another way to see this is like a rollercoaster.

The track already exists.
What makes it thrilling is riding it.

At every junction, there are infinite tracks you could take. And whichever one you observe, focus on, and move toward is the one you experience next.

Manifestation isn’t about skipping the ride.
It’s about choosing the track.

Why You Don’t Actually Want to Fast-Forward Your Life

We think we want to skip the waiting.

But often, the time we’re desperate to rush through becomes the time we cherish the most once we arrive.

I wouldn’t trade the years before motherhood (even though I once wanted to escape them.)

Time is meant to be experienced.

The Takeaway: You Are Right on Time

Time is observer-dependent.
Your experience shapes it.

There is no universal timeline.
There is no master clock.

If time feels slow, it’s not proof you’re behind. It’s simply feedback about motion.

Your manifestation isn’t stalling.
Your momentum is.

And that’s empowering… because momentum is something you can change!
